The AI bot can handle both text and voice inputs, responding with detailed information from Xbox’s support pages.
How Does the AI Virtual Agent Work?
Xbox Insiders who are part of the US-based testing program can find the virtual agent on the “Contact us” page within Xbox Support. The bot is designed to resolve common issues directly, but if it cannot, users can escalate to a live support agent during regular support hours. Notably, users can select different virtual agent appearances—either an animated character or a dynamic Xbox orb—to personalize their interaction.
User Feedback and Future Features
Microsoft encourages Xbox Insiders to give feedback on the bot’s performance. Users can rate each response or leave comments through the feedback button.
